The key point
Installed equipment, a connection point and an item shown in a visualisation are three different things. Compare offers together with itemised specifications.
Distinguish three categories

An everyday example makes the difference clear: a dishwasher connection is not a dishwasher. A dining table in a visualisation may be a furnishing idea. List every uncertain item by name, then check it against the written offer.
What do the Tisza home presentations include?
The published A2 and B2 specifications describe electric underfloor heating, electric hot water, a dedicated 5 kWp solar system, upstairs air conditioning, triple glazing, specified finishes and white paint. Each apartment's data sheet details its equipment. [A2 data sheet] [B2 data sheet]
Kitchen sink and dishwasher connections and a provision for a water softener are listed separately. These do not automatically include kitchen furniture, appliances or a water softener. Exact items must be recorded in the apartment's final documentation.
Original photographs and AI visualisations are labelled in the home presentations. The purchase price does not include the furniture shown in the visualisations.
Garden and parking arrangements should also be clear
The published A2 and B2 data sheets specify a 30.74 m² garden area for exclusive use. Usage and ownership are separate matters: “exclusive use” should not be interpreted as separate ownership of a plot. Review the relevant documents and usage rules for the specific transaction.

Handover conditions belong alongside the price
In the presentation checked on 17 October 2026, Tisza 1 A2 has a gross price of HUF 79.9 million. Its page states 100% completion, an occupancy permit and immediate availability to move in. [A2 data sheet]
B2's gross offer price is HUF 77.7 million, subject to at least HUF 50 million in own funds and handover in summer 2027. A2's completion and move-in information do not apply to B2. Confirm the specific timing and payment schedule in B2's offer. [B2 data sheet]

- Which dated specification belongs to the offer?
- Which equipment is installed and which items only have provisions?

When comparing apartments, record answers in the same order. This makes differences in scope and terms behind the different prices visible.
