Neighbourhood diagram and external map link

The property's surroundings are shown in a schematic diagram hosted on this website. Displaying it does not contact an external map provider. Opening an external map link connects your browser to the chosen provider, which processes IP addresses and technical connection data under its own privacy notice. Use of the external map is optional.

The neighbourhood diagram is not to scale and does not mark the exact house position. External map links use no-referrer protection; the website does not preload external maps. External provider notices: OpenStreetMap Foundation and Google.

Hosting and data processing arrangements

The hosting provider is OpenAI Ireland Ltd. (ChatGPT Sites); detailed contact information is available in the legal notice . Under section 3.2 of the Sites terms , OpenAI provides hosting on the customer's behalf. Personal data processed on the customer's behalf are covered by the OpenAI Data Processing Addendum (DPA) , incorporated into the contractual framework by section 5.3 of the Business Services Agreement.

OpenAI's official subprocessor list identifies Cloudflare, Ltd. for content delivery network and Sites web hosting services. This is OpenAI's subprocessor arrangement, not RHG's direct hosting provider.

The Sites documentation does not currently provide data residency for the website and its logs. We therefore do not claim exclusively EU storage. The DPA and subprocessor documentation set out the contractual framework for international transfers.

Our company does not operate separate visitor logging or traffic analytics. Hosting and infrastructure providers may nevertheless process technical data, such as IP addresses and request data, when serving the website. OpenAI Ireland Limited provides hosting, with Cloudflare involved as an infrastructure provider.

Processing by OpenAI on our company's behalf is governed by the Data Processing Addendum , which also regulates deletion after contract termination. OpenAI's own processing is described in its European privacy notice , under which retention depends on service needs, security and legal requirements, and the nature of the data. The exact deletion periods for individual Sites technical logs cannot be established from the referenced documents.

Cookies, storage and measurement

The website source contains no analytics, Meta Pixel or newsletter subscription. Images, styles and scripts use the website’s own paths, with no external fonts in the reviewed source. This source review does not establish the cookies, storage or logging used by the hosting provider or external Google form; a complete network and cookie measurement is still required. A manual language choice is saved as rhg.language.session in sessionStorage for the browser tab’s session; automatic language detection does not write storage. Browser session restoration may retain this preference. Language is carried between the website’s separate hosts in explicit language URLs, not shared browser storage.

Contact and enquiries about a specific property

Phone links open your phone application. Sales contact buttons lead to the central contact page; its form sends your message only on submission. Legal and complaints email links open your email application.

If you request information or a viewing in preparation for your own possible property purchase, we process the personal data you provide that are necessary to respond and coordinate. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Enquiries are received through the contact form and are accessible within the company to the managing director. We keep no separate notes or customer register for phone enquiries.

Contact is voluntary. Without the contact details and information needed, we may be unable to reply or arrange a viewing. Please provide only information relevant to your matter.

Within the company, the managing director accesses the sales and complaints mailboxes. The legal basis for active discussions preparing a possible property purchase does not automatically extend to storage after closure. The next section explains the separate purpose, legal basis and limited retention for closure checks and necessary corrections.

Responding to general enquiries

The managing director handles general email questions about the company and its properties. We process the email address, necessary message content and, where needed to handle the matter, the name provided.

The purpose is to answer the actual question received and carry out necessary coordination. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our company's legitimate interest in responding appropriately to people who contact us.

We process data until the enquiry is closed. At closure, we apply our quality-check and correction procedure: personal correspondence is deleted where no error exists; if correction is needed, only necessary data are retained until correction, for no more than 30 days after closure. Data are not used for marketing.

Providing data is voluntary; without contact details and information needed to understand the question, we cannot give a personal response. You may object on grounds relating to your particular situation by contacting rapidhomesgeneral@gmail.com .

Quality checks and necessary corrections

When an enquiry closes without a purchase, the managing director checks the accuracy of responses and property information supplied. Processing aims to identify and correct handling errors. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: Rapid-Homes General Kft.'s legitimate interest in providing accurate information and correcting its own inaccurate statements.

If no error exists, personal correspondence is deleted after the closure check. Where correction is required, we retain only the necessary contact details, relevant part of the incorrect statement, correction and dates needed for handling and deletion. Within the company, only the managing director accesses these.

Data needed for correction are deleted when the correction is complete and no later than 30 days after the enquiry is closed . Thirty days is an upper limit; if corrected earlier, data are not kept to the end of that period. Data processed for this purpose are not used for marketing.

You may object to this processing on grounds relating to your particular situation by contacting rapidhomesgeneral@gmail.com . We assess objections; processing may continue only under the conditions of Article 21 GDPR.

This retention procedure applies to quality checks. Mandatory consumer complaint records are retained for the statutory three years; documents associated with a concluded contract follow the relevant contractual, accounting or other separate processing rules.

Gmail email service

The company uses Gmail at the addresses above. Messages actually sent by visitors reach us through the email service. Google's own provider processing is described in its privacy policy and terms of service . Under its EEA policy, Google also processes data through Google Ireland Limited; this is separate from RHG's handling of enquiries and complaints.

The information available does not establish a Google Workspace subscription or corporate data processing agreement. We therefore make no claim based on either. Google's own retention and transfer terms are separate from RHG's correspondence purposes and retention rules.

Consumer complaints

You may also submit a consumer complaint to rapidhomesgeneral@gmail.com . Personal data necessary to investigate, respond to and document the complaint are processed to fulfil a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR and section 17/A of Hungarian Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection .

The record of an oral complaint or the written complaint, and a copy of the substantive response, are retained for three years . Missing information needed to investigate or respond may prevent appropriate handling.

Handling a complaint requires the name, reply contact details, complaint description, case identifier and related documents. The absence of separate notes for phone enquiries does not affect statutory documentation of consumer complaints. Three-year complaint retention does not automatically apply to every data protection request. The detailed procedure and conciliation board contacts are in the complaints notice .

Your data protection rights

You may request information and a copy of your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, completion of incomplete data and, where legal conditions apply, erasure or restriction. Erasure is not unconditional: for example, mandatory complaint records cannot be deleted during their retention period.

Where processing is based on consent or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and carried out automatically, you may request the data you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, or direct transfer to another controller where technically feasible.

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. We then stop unless compelling overriding legitimate grounds or legal claims justify continuation. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is consent-based; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Requests and response time

You may also submit a data protection request to rapidhomesgeneral@gmail.com . We inform you of action taken without undue delay and no later than one month after receipt . For complex or numerous requests this may be extended by up to two further months; we notify you of the extension and reasons within the first month. A refusal includes reasons and information on remedies.

Exercising rights is generally free of charge. If we reasonably doubt your identity, we may request only additional information needed to identify you.

Supervisory and judicial remedies

If you consider the processing of your personal data harmful, you may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).

A formal NAIH procedure cannot be initiated by ordinary email; current submission methods are explained on the Authority's website .

You may also go to court if your rights are infringed. You may bring proceedings before the regional court with jurisdiction over your place of residence or stay. You do not have to complain to us first before seeking supervisory or judicial remedies.

Cookies and language preference

In the anonymous HTTP check on 18 October 2026, all four public hosts sent a response header setting a __cf_bm cookie, marked HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=None. According to Cloudflare’s documentation, this is a bot-protection cookie that expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. A separate cookie is generated for each site; it is not used to track users across sites or sessions.

A manual language choice is saved in the rhg.language.session sessionStorage entry for the browser tab’s session; browser session restoration may retain it. Automatic language detection writes no storage, and we create no persistent localStorage entry.

This is a partial inventory: the complete browser measurement and external Google form review remain outstanding. Google’s documentation confirms that the _GRECAPTCHA cookie remains and describes Google’s processor role for reCAPTCHA Customer Data from 2 April 2026. The specific account’s terms have not yet been checked. A provider’s “necessary” label alone does not establish an exemption from consent.
