Complaints information

Complaints contacts

Submit a written complaint to the email or postal address above. Please provide your name, reply contact details, complaint description and, if available, case identifier. There is no complaint submission form on this website: the email link opens your own email application.

Sales enquiries are received through the contact form .

Investigating a complaint

As a consumer, you may complain orally or in writing. We examine oral complaints immediately and remedy them where necessary. If immediate investigation is impossible or you disagree with the action taken, we prepare a record. For an in-person complaint, we give you a copy on site; for a phone complaint, we send it with the substantive response and assign a unique identifier.

We provide a substantive written response to written complaints within 30 days of receipt, in a verifiable manner, unless an applicable rule sets a different deadline. We explain the reasons for rejection.

If we reject a complaint, we identify the competent authority or conciliation board and its contacts according to the matter, and state the position regarding a general submission declaration. This website does not assert such a declaration in advance.

Retention of complaint records

The written complaint or record of an oral complaint, and a copy of the substantive response, are retained for 3 years . The legal basis is a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR and section 17/A(7) of the Consumer Protection Act. This period applies to complaint records, not every sales enquiry. Further details are in the privacy notice.

Conciliation procedure

If an attempt to resolve a consumer dispute directly with the business fails, you may initiate a free conciliation procedure. The business has a duty to cooperate.

Generally, the board for the consumer's residence, place of stay or registered office acts; if there is no Hungarian address, the business's registered office applies. Consumers may name another conciliation board in their request. The list below helps you contact the appropriate board.

The eight regional conciliation boards

Names follow Annex 2 of the Consumer Protection Act, which uses “County”. Contacts were checked against the boards' own websites on 10 October 2026.
